MFX Partners has developed The Good 50, a game that aims to improve lives and inspire new, positive behaviours.
If you haven’t paid a parking meter that was about to expire in the last year, given yourself a birthday gift just because, or are regularly rude to telemarketers—perhaps it’s time you got yourself a Good 50 deck.
Why? Because this game, among many others in the DESIGN 21 Game Challenge, aim to reacquaint us with positive behaviours. It shows us that it’s easy to live cleaner; treat others (including ourselves) with more respect; and it forces us to rethink our relationships with strangers in our community, our most cherished friends and family, and the world around us.
In order to meet the criteria of the DESIGN 21 Game Challenge, every Good 50 card in the deck will be printed on earth-friendly material and via responsible printing methods. And talk about earth-friendly—the game can be played online, where people from all over the world can share their experiences, photos, and their own Good 50 challenges. Plus, the Good 50 can be reused again and again by passing decks through friends. How’s that for viral networking?
The DESIGN 21 Game Challenge was open for public voting starting on May 13, 2010!
