As our Account Director, Lisa Grogan calls on her 10 plus years of international marketing and business development experience to develop strong client relationships for MFX Partners.
Not only does she understand and relate well in corporate environments, Lisa’s enthusiasm and understanding of the design process when leading projects, inspires our internal team to deliver innovative, effective communications solutions.

Brenton Schmidt
Brenton Schmidt is our resident ‘Brand Sherpa’, guiding our clients safely to the peak. When clients have questions about their brands Brenton provides the answers through customer interviews, competitive analysis or guided strategy sessions. Over the past 15 years he has mastered the art and science of building brands that support sales-driven, B2B organizations.

Right brained thinking and left brain business experience fuels John Short’s unique approach to creatively solving business communications challenges. John has managed national and international brands over a 30-year career.

Rebecca Short
Chemicals, plastics, tire companies; they’ve all benefited from the research, strategic planning and market interpretations of Rebecca Short. She’s headed up research, product development and business teams for multinational organizations.

Kelly Legault
Kelly Legault brings 12 plus years of marketing experience on both the corporate and agency sides. Most relevant to her new position at MFX Partners, she has marketing experience including media and production planning and implementation of large, print and online projects and multi-media advertising budgets. She is also fluent in French. Très bien!

Senior Designer
James Bisch
James Bisch enters his fourth year of developing and maintaining successful B2B brands through a comprehensive design discipline and creative background. He graduated with distinction in Graphic Design from Conestoga College, one of Canada’s premier polytechnic institutes. His work has earned recognition by RGD Ontario’s Design at Work 2008; “A juried exhibition of professional graphic design demonstrating how design creates value for business.”
Senior Copywriter
Anna Fleet
Writer, editor, blogger, and SEO specialist, Anna believes in diversification … or at least in keeping life interesting. During her 8 plus years as a writer and prior to joining MFX, she was published in TV Guide, Homemaker’s, Can-Fit-Pro, KM World, Florida Travel Magazine, the Canadian Poetry Association, and she was the face and voice behind FitnessGear101.com. Anna holds an English Honours degree and a Post-Grad Journalism/New Media diploma. She’s also a member of PWAC, a certified personal trainer, and yoga instructor.

Lesley Richardson
Lesley Richardson is a graduate of the award-winning design program at Conestoga College. Since graduation she has been exposed to a diverse range of design experience. From working with trade show display development, to advertising in Toronto, to being part of the design department at one of Canada’s highest-ranking universities. We are proud to incorporate Lesley’s talents into the full service mix we offer our clients.

Ying Dong
Developing and maintaining strong administration support as we climb is critically important. In that regard, we are well served by the efficiency, knowledge and analytical skills of Ying Dong. Her previous accounting experience in Canada and China are being put to good use here at MFX Partners—providing much needed accounting/financial systems support for the team.
